Default A MUST Book for a Low Carber to read!

I have been doing a lot of research before starting the Low Carbing and I have ran across a book written by a Layperson such as yourself and me, but she is also very "up" on Nutrition. It is a Fantastic book for NEWBIES as she has a lot of the difference Low carb diets and explains them very simply to you.

The name of the book is: "How I Gave Up My Low Fat Diet and Lost 40 Pounds" by DANA CARPENDER

Check her site out and you can also order the book from that site, cheaper than on Amazon Books.

It will be a GREAT book for you Low Carb library.

Here is the site:

Enjoy it!

Thanks for pointing out that link JoAnn. There are also lot's of good recipes!

You can also subscribe to her newsletter there. One of the greatest posts I've ever read about carb addiction was there. I'll include a link to it because it's very long.

Default Thanks Karen!

For sharing the link you mentioned. I did find a lot of GREAT Low Carb information on Dana Carpender's site. I got her book from the Library, but I plan to purchase it because it is very good! I like the way she compares the different diets from a Layman's point of view!
