I feel so good today! I joined a gym. I was very embarassed to go in, but saw more people in there like myself than I expected. It's very nice, with a pool and everything. Anyway......wish me luck. Dinahb
Monday: 30 minutes stationary bike
Tuesday: Exercised with personal trainer( found out body fat..scarry)
Wednesday: weights, and bike
Thursday: walked in water, aerobics class
Friday:.....still at work
