Default Good Tips for Shopping

Here are some good tips for shopping that help me out alot.

#1 Dont go shopping while you are hungry. Your cravings are worse when you are hungry and you will wind up at home with things that do not fit in your diet plan

#2 Only shop along the perimiter of the store. You can get everything you need along the perimiter. Meats, cheeses, veggies, eggs, etc. The only thing I go down the ailese for is pork rinds and salad dressing. I am a snacker by nature, so pork rinds help me with my potato chip craving.

#3 Make a list!!! Make a list at home of what to get at the store. Then buy only the things on that list. Impules shopping is the worst and why do you think they have those big displays at the end of aisles? It isn't to make the store look pretty. It is to get people to impulse buy. MAKE A LIST!! IT WORKS!!

I hope these tips help. They sure help me!

I find that I like to go up and down the different isle looking for different ideas and different things to eat. It takes more time, but thats how I've found a few different things that I didn't realize I could eat. Just an idea
