Went and cleaned out the chatter.. left all the trackers in place for your use etc.It is a good place for that. Instead of PM here I would suggest that we use that place or e-mails. If you want to share your private e-mails, go there and do that. I do not think this forum is really private anyplace. I received one from a person we heard from that is feeling attacked here and guess she had decided to say screw it and left. Too bad. She seemed to have a brain and would ave been a good addition to us. That is sad.

KATHY.... HEY HERE GF!!! I have missed seeing your happy self!
It is funny that when I put it out there to let me know if anyone wanted to move back here since I persoanlly did not like the FB site, no one replied! Then when I made the change, no one liked it except Brenda who could post there from the road and I understand that. I am so happy you are more comforable here as well
I am happy that you are getting to see CHRIS...is he coming home already? to me it is "already" and for you an eternity!
Tell us.. how is your mom handling the CN plan?
You will lose well on this once you remain on it. You are again getting closer to the old weight so slowing down happens... but how do your clothes fit as well?? My inches are changing more so than the scale will admit. I must re measure.

Have the pool in the morning but also have all those horses to feed. If I can even get half done before I leave that will be nice, but maybe I can get them all done. Refilling those darned feed buckets takes forever. I think there are only 2 horses that get ONE kind of feed and all others are some of this type and some of that type and one gets three!!! I fell like I am doing a dance hopping from one feed bin to another!!! It isn't bad when it is not raining but such was not the luck for me yesterday afternoon. Wonderful Carl helped feed and that was a uge help. He jumped out of the golf cart and dumped most all the grain for them... the feed buckets were filling with the rain so his good arms were a lot better than mine!

it is now 2 am and I have pretty much given up on sleep. Will go back again in half an hour.

Alright, This is like twice the amount of gain I normally see on a CN, so I am retaining a ton of water. Back to VLC and I hope to enter ketosis quickly.

I am still at my Mom's. Drinking coffee with cream right now. I will be eating lunch here and I brought some of my chicken soup for the occasion. It is just chicken and celery, so minimal carbs there. I think 1. When I get home, I will probably have sausage & eggs. Our neighbor raises chickens and gave us a couple dozen eggs the other day, so we need to start eating more eggs.

It is really sad to see what happened to OWL. I really liked her from what little she posted.

DEBBIE - Like Crick said, just hit the quote button. But delete those [quote] thingys at the beginning and end. Otherwise it appears in the boxed quote format. Congrats on your loss!!!!

MARY - Vegan keto? Well, that would not leave you many food choices. Tofu? Is dairy allowed so you can eat cheese and cream and butter? Can vegans even eat eggs? I don't know much about it, but it seems almost impossible to do a vegan keto diet to me without eggs, cream or cheese.

For vegan there is no much options, no dairy or any animal products. I might do just low carb for that 2 weeks and I know it would be hard to hit the protein macros without going over in carbs I'm thinking of fava beans, broccoli, salad, mushrooms, coconut cream, coconut oil, almonds, walnuts. Maybe chia seed and flaxseed and textured soy protein. If I can find soy beans would be awesome as it has high protein and low carb!!

I should be doing CN today but I'm not back to the weight before my first carb night. I'm not sure if it's because I overeated or because of weight lifting. Still I'm losing some while I'm lifting so I don't think it's the issue.

I'm lost and need your help with this, should I do CN today or wait a day or two. Also Should I lift same day or DACN!!

Good morning. Not a whole lot going on here. I didn't weigh this morning. I had a headache and just didn't feel like it. I had my homemade yogurt for breakfast and am having a protein shake for a snack now. I brought chicken breast with cheddar cheese and broccoli with parmesan cheese for lunch. I'll have a pork loin chop for dinner.

We're supposed to get up to 8 inches of snow this weekend. I'll believe it when i see it. It's been so warm here that I doubt it will stick on the roads. I'm planning to spend tomorrow with my parents.

Things have become really stressful around my son again. His sentencing is next Weds. I'm trying really hard to manage the stress and avoid stress eating and keep my cortisol from skyrocketing.

Happy with the losses for certain! AND I am on steroids as well..they end on Sunday morning. I would like to have CN on Sunday again but I will wait until My weight returns to 157.6 or lower. It has been 15 days since that weight.

DUSTI... I hope you feel better. You can make wise choices any time regardless of what is happening. You may have emotional cravings but your body does not need it. Be good to yourself.You are strong and can manage it. I wish you the bst of luck during this time and always.We are all here for you.

MARY>>> it is weight lifitng that has interrupted you but OMG look at the weight loss!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? That is wonderful. As for vegan... it is not hard. You CAN get soy protein powder if needed. It can be done if you want it and it is not a life style. You will not lose your health and muscles with the limited amounts of proteins in just a few days. Take extra vitamins and B complex ones. You can replace most everything your body will be shorted. I like your veg. choices.
STAY on your regular 7 day plan for certain!...you will have gains from the vegan so expect it and know it will not be fats converted and will be only bloat so it is up to you.. maybe do a strict Vegan half the week and as you can the rest??

Cricket >> I'm going to do CN tomorrow. I was out till 8:00 pm so I thought it's late to do carb nite. I'm off tomorrow so I'm going to plan for my carb nite today

I love the coconut cream and coconut oil. Will be searching for recipes calling for coconut cream!!

I noticed that I lose weight better in days I eat tuna or chicken but not beef. I'm not sure why or is it just a coincidence!!

MARY - You make the choice if you want the CN now or in a couple days. I am thinking of making mine 10 days this week if I am not showing a loss by day 7. I have remained the same weight for a couple weeks now and if I see that trend happening again this week, I am definitely waiting a couple more days.

On a bright note for me ---- I received my new scale today!!!! I went right to my old scale, stepped on it, and it read 210.2 (down .3 from the reading at my Mom's this morning, and after a full morning of coffee AND tuna/mayo lunch). THEN I stepped on the new scale ---- it read 209.2 ---- a pound difference!

I like my new scale!

So therefore, I am going to update my chart to show 209.2 - a CN gain of 5 lbs. This is more acceptable for me, especially since it is a middle of the day reading.

This scale has no internal workings to get wet and stuff. I am certain it will be quite accurate. The old scale is going to the thrift store.

You all have a great day! It is sunny and warm here and will be so for the weekend, so I need to get outside and work on cleaning out those gardens now. Time for my first sunburn.
