I am the same weight again today. I was REALLY hoping to see a loss, especially since my cals were so darn low the past couple days. It seems my body wants to remain where it is.
I'm getting ready to go to Mom's for my CN today. I will eat sensibly this day, and try to space things out so I don't get too full early on in the day. A couple of my muffins around noon, then my fjitas around 3. I will then see what happens before bed. As I fall asleep so darned early, and I want to stay up later because my Mom is always up until midnight (I swear), I may delay the first spike until 1 or 2pm this time. Depends on if I get hungry earlier.

It is nice to be back on this thread. It is so much easier to type in my thoughts. The FB site was making me claustrophobic!
