For Marvin, In Hank's voice, "I'll tell you what, that cheek was the sweetest cheek I've ever had."

So I got back home walked thru the door, looked at the pot and it said "00:01" on it. I thought what timing! Then it beeped. I thought I was one minute late. I was one minute early, 10:00 hours.

Was a little worried might be too long. Might have been for cheek. Used instapot on slow cook and lowest temp. laid down some celery and water, vinegar and corned beef packet (I think it was just coriander seeds). Added some salt, didn't need, Walmart cornedbeef thing was salty and earily still red after cooking. What do they soak those in? Red dye #7? So here it is hot with some kraut, beef cheek on right...

I let the other stuff cool and sliced another sample of the beef cheek over some desert salad I had. It was good and cooked the right way; slow. My timing might be off but you guys are right and I THANK YOU for your patients and suggestions for me. Hopefully someone else might benefit from your wisdom in the future.

Cheers to the 'Cheek!

PS, when I chew this stuff my teeth pleasently stick together when I open my mouth. The only other food that does this seriously are chicken feet so there must be a lot of collegen or geliten or whatever in this stuff or whatever.
