lol, I looked at the warm up for the Kenpo, turned it off and put my Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred back on. It looks VERY intense power to you! For me, I think I need to get more active before taking P90X on...

I did it for a few weeks. I just couldn't keep up at that pace. Not only were the workouts extremely intense, I just couldn't give the 1 hr+ everyday that it requires.

There is no way that it wouldn't work if you stick to it.

It is a great and I mean great program. Listen and follow the advice given in the paperwork and on the DVD. just do your best and forget the rest. It isn't easy but i do think it is the best well balanced all around workout on DVD.

hi - I am a P90 X-er....I'm a 44 year old woman, 5'2 120lbs, it is an intense program, but I LOVE IT. I mean LOVE. If you like weights, then this is the program for you. if you have any questions let me me know, I've done 3 rounds of the program.
