Default vitamin supplement

I did several searches, to no avail. Looking for a supplement that closely resembles Atkins Basic 3. I don't think they make that anymore. What is everyone else taking please. Thanks.

I only take Vitamin D as it seems multivitamins mostly contribute to nutritious urine more than anything else. And I take magnesium and fish oil.

i was offered multivitamins, but its not really resolve anything.
just pay attention to specifically take what you lack on instead of taking what you dont need

They don't make it anymore, but found an old ingredient list:

Looks pretty standard with some extra chromium and green tea.
I take a no-iron multi from Trader Joe's and add Vit D, chromium, iodine and fish oil. Dr. Westman clinic suggests only a no-iron multi like Centrum Silver or its generic and 1000mg fish oil, beyond that is personalized for the patient.
