Long Time Comin
I suppose I posted here because when I read the success stories it makes me happiest...I started this journey at 178 pounds...being only 4 feet 10 inches...well I was quite large ...here is perhaps what was different for me...My people...ALL OF THEM...I mean my immediate family as well as my extended. (we are Very Close)...NEVER Expressed that they thougt that I had a weight issue...simply said..they Loved me as I was...I however discovered that i had some medical issues..(High blood pressure, off the charts cholesterol. etc) and decided that I wanted to live a MUCH longer life...I have 2 kiddos, boys...13 and 11...and of course they give me ALL the reason I need to want to LIVE...WELL..as I have said Nobody seemed to care if I was FAT...they loved me anyway...BUT I KNOW that I was NOT in a place to care for my family as I now know that I can...I am now quite proud to say that I am once again the tiny girl that God made me...at 112 pounds..I feel preety good about myself again...AND...with a fabulous family like mine..(again..they never complained when I was Fat)..I am TRULY BLESSED
