Default Where to buy sugar-free syrup in Ontario?

I used to buy my Davinci Syrup at the local health store, but they don't sell it anymore. Does anyone know where I can buy some or where I can get the best deal online? Preferably someplace located in Canada so the shipping and duty doesn't kill me. Thanks!

Our own IslandGirl is my favorite product provider -- Jude works hard to get products into Canada and delivers them at a minimal charge and, of course, no duty!! I hope this link works! http://www.lowcarbcanada.com/

Since you're in Windsor there are several options in the Detroit area as well. The World Markets stores sell the Torani SF syrups (comparable to Davinci) for US$5.99 a bottle in a wide variety of flavours. In their WalMarts they also carry a few Davinci SF flavours in the coffee aisle (vanilla, hazelnut, caramel, and Kahlua when I last visited). U.S.-made groceries are duty-free when you bring them across yourself, so the most you might have to pay extra is the GST so quite a bargain!

Also, some select Zehrs grocery stores that have "the Beanery" coffee centre sell "Oscars" brand syrups - Personally I prefer them to Davinci. I make a drive to Stratford (appx 30mins for me) a couple times a year to load up. I have also occasionally seen them at "Winners" and "Home Sense" not always the sugar free ones though.

Cheers!
Joanne

In the GTA, the Fortino's grocery stores (the ones with a coffee bar) often have the sugar free Oscar syrups too.

If you're downtown, there's a little coffee store in the St. Lawrence Market that sells the various flavours of sugar-free syrups... It's right as you go into the market...

Joanne, I went to the Beanery at Zehrs and found the Oscars syrup. The B-52 flavour is awesome!

Oh my god, I just realized you're in Windsor... I guess you won't be going to the St. Lawrence Market in downtown Toronto! Sorry about that.....

B-52 is great! I haven't found one of the Oscar's syrups that I haven't liked. They have a SF Rasperry that I haven't been able to get for a while now, but it is just tangy enough. *love* it in yogurt and italian soda's. I wish they would stock more flavours, but generally Vanilla, Caramel, B-52, Irish Cream, Bavarian Chocolate (rather weak to me) and the Raspberry are all I can get at my store.

I asked at my Fortino's and they saiad they could order whatever flavor I wanted in the SF type. At $9.99 a bottle, I think I'll wait until I have figured out how to use the Irish Creme and Caramel ones I bought.

Hello allo! I'm interested in getting the Oscars syrups. I live sort of near Toronto (Milton, anyone???) Does anyone know where in oakville, mississauga, or surrounding areas that I could find one of these Zehrs that carry the syrups?

I bought it at the Fortino's at Hwy 27 & Rexdale Blvd (North east side).
A bit of a stretch from Milton, but maybe other Fortino's have them as well?

Fortinos with "Bean Roast" section:

Mountainash 55 Mountainash Road Brampton (905) 793-8200
Brisdale 35 Worthington Avenue Brampton (905) 495-8108
Highway 10 & Bovaird 60 Quarry Edge Drive Brampton (905) 453-3600
South Oakville 173 Lakeshore Rd. West Oakville (905) 845-3654

Thanks very much! I'll definately have a look next time I'm out that way.

I just wanted to add to the topic in general, if anyone in the future is looking for vanilla, hazlenut, cinnamon or caramel syrup for coffee (which I found to be a great treat some mornings) if you go to Starbucks, they'll actually sell you bottles of their sugar free line.
