Is anyone taking this supplement? I recently added it for its vitamin D and vitamin A contents. I was curious: are you taking it and, if so, how much?

I take a tbl a day-1 tsp per each 50 lbs of bodyweight is usually recommended.

I was taking 2 t a day but quit after seeing no difference in my skin (was taking to help with acne)
