Default Coming soon...new & improved, smaller version of me!

Hello everyone!
I have been low carbing/no sugar for 4 weeks. Am doing pretty well & am always looking for new recipes!
I started exercising the same time I started my diet & my aim is better health w/less of me for DH to squeeze!
I do keep a food diary & not only does it make me realize what I am truly eating, but it keeps me from driving everyone at work crazy about what I ate today!

Hi, LetItBe. I've just joined this lc forum too but have spent quite a bit of time "listening in" on other peoples messages. What a supportive place
What are you doing for exercise? I have a tread mill right beside the bed but have to remove all the clothes to get to it... that's my next step on this wol. Good luck !!

Welcome aboard!

Ten pounds in four weeks? You're doing real good so far. Keep it up.

Be sure to think about starting a journal here - it is a wonderful tool.

Keep the Faith!

Oh, I used to have one of those clothes hangers/treadmills myself! I actually bucked up & joined New Lady Fitness. My motivation is the monthly payment coming out of my checking account! I figure if I make myself pay for something then I will really do it. I currently do Cardio/Weights MWF & Cardio on T & Th. I take Sa & Su off for rest.
I see there are a few others here that are late shifters! How great to 'talk' to others right away!

I have to say that I am so glad that I am exercising. I feel so much better when I am done. (Let me tell you I never feel like running or walking but am always happy about how I feel when I am done. I also don't mind it while I am doing it but getting of my seat is a whole other story) I think now my motivation is getting the dog out and taking him with my. I am amazed at how lazy he is. I practically have to drag him home after about a mile. How lazy. He just sleeps for the rest of the night and that is also a reward for me (he's a lab). Congrats on your new WOL. I look forward to getting to know all of you in time.
