Smile Hey!

Hey! I am new to this forum. I am just starting the Atkin's diet. I am introducing myself here. Actually, I am starting the diet today. I hope I can make it. Even though I am going to miss my favorite foods, I am willing to sacrifice. My dad said I can't live without bread or sweets for two weeks and that I don't have enough willpower, but I am going to show him! Hey, I hope there are other teenagers on here that i can talk to about it. Oh, I am sixteen and in the eleventh grade. Did I mention that I have an identical twin sister? Yeah, she is doing the diet with me too. Well, there it is.

]Hi! I read your message and realized were both new at this! I have not started yet..but I plan to start soon...like Monday. How are you and your twin sister doing? It must be nice to have someone to do it with. I am in college and I think it is going to be hard to resist tempting cafateria food(which is actually kind of good in college)! Anyways. I just thought I would tell you Good luck...and if u need someone to talk to...Im here!

Default what?

Did someone say twins??? just kidding. Good Luck...it is always a nice thing to have that "got something to prove" attitude, it'll give you more willpower than you think. Just remember that you are also doing it for you...too be healthy, to look better, and most important...to feel better. Good Luck girls.
