Default New to the forum

Hello, I found the forum while searching low carb information. I started on low carb about 2 months ago. I am down about 18 pounds. I have struggled being over weight all my life. I am 65 and want to get healthier. I have already seen improvement in glucose level and blood pressure. I appreciate the opportunity to be a part of this group.
