I have found something that just makes my mouth water and it is very simple to do. I have started making this a couple of times a week. It is simple and basic. I have been frying up some steak cubes in olive oil and then I will throw in some frozen brocoli floret's. It is a really great way to get the brocoli to cook and your meat to cook and you don't have a whole lot of clean up since it is all in one pan. The brocoli also gets a different but nice taste to it.

Thumbs up thanks Shonnee

I often sauté the vegetable part of the meal along with the meat. Cauliflower works well too, and chunks of red bell peppers. Eggplant cubes are awesome with beef or pork in olive oil.

Mmmmm ... must go have supper ... haven't eaten yet. I thawed some fish, so I'll have to save the steak and veggies till another nite.
