Default Got A Recipe To Share

Hi

When we got married - we went to a great hotel in Central London and they served the most delicious Asia de Cuba food (before LC days) ... anyway ... they served a variation of Crispy Duck Pancake Rolls which is totally LC and I wanted to share it with everyone here who likes Chinese food.

Order the duck as per normal (best done as a home delivery) and instead of using flour to wrap your duck to make pancakes - use one large piece of lettuce - absolutely delicious and very trendy too!

Smile I love Lettuce

Thanks for sharing that Daschnook.

Yes using lettuce as a pancake is great - especially Iceberg lettuce, which is sooo crispy and crunchy.

I use that with my burgers instead of bread, with curries as roti/nan bread.

Sometimes I'll use spinnach leaves but they can be a little on the bitter side.
Take care.

We don't eat duck here in Central Pennsylvania, USA. I've never even seen it in the grocery stores.
