Default Carb Blockers?

I have heard of 'carb blockers', but do not know anything about them. Does anyone here know anything about carb blockers (e.g. what they are; do they work)?

They don't really work all that well, I've found, and they cause quite a bit of flatulence, I'd rather just eat low carb and be done with it....

Click on the Search Icon above. If you put the words Carb Blockers or Carb Cutters in the search box you will see several threads about these suppliments. Most opinions are negative.

i started off with carb blockers.....they contain chromium which controls our insulin levels after taking a meal.....they merely control...you wont see any downs on your scales...and perhaps not much even on your inches....i think it only saves me my heart from beating irregular if i take more carbs.

then i moved on to thermogenics recommended by store assistant....most of them contain chromium too....the other ingredients made my body temperature go up. they did mention abt maximising the supplement effect with exercise..but i didnt really exercise for the first 3 mths...but i do feel a tiny effect on my body fats...really tiny...

i decided to start a regular exercise regime to test out if the supplement works....currently taking Betalean and i feel my skin even tighter than before....and i sweat double on the treadmill...and so far Xenadrine, Synedrine gave me above avg results....personally Betalean is so far the best at reducing appetite (most thermogenics do mention abt appetite suppressing).

i think unless if u find your heart goes beating irregularly after a meal with some carbs or showing other symptoms of insulin increase...you may take them, but carb blockers dont seem to be very effective in other areas which you hope it would.
