They DO freeze well.
I like to make them in huge batches and separat them in baggies in the freezer for quick breakfasts or snacks.

I made these Cajun style and, I made some with pizza ingredients. They were both a treat that I was truly fired-up about! My grandchildren spent the night and ate every last one that I had frozen.
