Has anyone used this product (mfg. is Nature's Secret)? I purchased after researching online, but haven't begun yet because of constipation Per guy ~ health food store where I purchased, I need to make sure I am having regular bowel movements before starting any sort of "candida cleanse" or I could develop a terrible rash. Well, a week later and I'm still constipated, but started sugar free Metamucil last night and hope to have results soon. Just found this forum, so thought I'd ask about Candistroy before starting. Any info/experience greatly appreciated!
