Marinade

I am new to this WOE but I use this marinade on my chicken and steak and it is awesome. It is fron Bon Appet Magazine years ago. I think it is low carb.

3/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
4 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
4 lg garlic cloves minced
2 lg green onions chopped
1 tbsp and 1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp salt

Wisk all ingredients together. Pour over steak or chicken and marinate overnight. Grill as usual. Delicious!!!

Sounds awesome...and if you replace the thyme with rosemary it would be great over lamb!
