Talking Tinker with PB cookies.

I made the regular peanut butter cookie recipe and even tho yummy they needed a lil somthing, too dry. I used the peanut butter,splenda, baking soda,vanilla extract,and egg.But added 3oz cream cheese and a dash of cinnomon.. Really hit the spot.

When I add oil it tends to just be greasy.

I made these tonight without the cinnamon and with the cream cheese. They sure hit the spot! I only had 2 and gave the rest to my children, but oh boy that was a nice treat!
