I even found Atkins Ice cream up here in the middle of nowhere now!

When I don't feel like making homemade, and don't have the other (it's expensive!!) I just sweeten some heavy cream w/a pinch of Splenda, a dash of vanilla, then pour in the diet rootbeer over it on ice...viola!!! Rootbeer float substitute!
