I don't think my lists are much different from anyone elses. But boy is it true that there is a BIG difference in what I buy and what I eat. LOL
Cookies and Chips have been replaced wiht things like pork rinds. LOL
Pasta and Rice haven't really been replaced with anything, i just skip them wiht the occasional "treat" of LC pasta
I eat a lot more veggies than I used to, even though I've always liked veggies.
Eggs. Egggs. and more eeggggss! LOL. I am so sick of eggs. I've found creative things to do with them though.
Keto Crisp cereal and carb countdown milk must be here. I love cereal
Flax seeds/almond meal/wheat bran for hot cereal I make when i crave it
Meat of all kinds. Chicken, beef/steaks, seafood - shrimp/scallops/lobster chunks especially (I make a scampi-type dish out of them, minus any rice or pasta)
Real butter
Sami's Bakery LC bread (this MUST be in my fridge! LOL)
LC ice cream and chocolate for my now-very-occasional cravings, but i keep this on hand.
Splenda and Stevia. I love the stevia in my tea
1/2 and 1/2 or heavy cream
fresh veggies of about all kinds that are LC (broccoli, zucchini, yellow squash, asparagus)
Mushrooms. Must have mushrooms. A dish can never have too many mushrooms added to it.
Cheese. I've always loved cheese though. Those little Babybel cheeses (the yellow ones are my favorite) are so good!
Salad stuff (cucumber, tomato, lots of lettuce)
I used to buy a lot of boxed stuff. I ate a lot of fast food, hamburger helper, and frozen dinners. I ate a lot of chips adn cookies and pasta. Many nights i just had pasta with butter and some Parmesan cheese for dinner. I miss pasta sometimes, but i don't miss the pounds I've lost by not eating it!
