why wont' it update

How do I update my profile? I have changed it several times and clicked on the save and update button but it always stays the same. What am I doing wrong?

Use your browser's Refresh or Reload button. What's happening is that your browser keeps taking you back to the profile page it has stored in its cache memory. When you refresh the page, it'll load the newest updates.

If you are using MS Internet Explorer, try going to the top bar on your screen, select "Tools", then select "Internet Options" then, on the tab marked "General" press the button labeled "Delete Files"...this will clear the files in your cache, and let you see the newest version of each page you've visited.
