Default Shiritaki Noodles ... and stuff?

I saw this recipe on my NG and thought I'd run it by you guys. Have any of you used Shiritaki noodles and if so are they really LC and do they taste good?

* Preheat oven to 375
* Boil one 14 oz package of Shiritaki noodles for 10 minutes
* At the same time, brown 1 lb of ground beef

* Add chopped peppers, mushrooms or other veggies of choice with beef

* When beef and veggies are done/tender, pour in a low carb spaghetti sauce

*Add oregano, basil and other herbs of preference

* Drain and rinse Shiritaki noodles and add to pan with beef/veggies/sauce.

NOTE: As Shiritaki noodles tend to clump together this is the time to stir them in with the beef/sauce/veggies mixture and pull them apart.

* Dollop ricotta cheese on bottom of pyrex baking pan

* Pour the mixture into the pan, and top with ricotta and mozzarella cheese

* Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden

What do you think guys, does this sound like a good LC dish? I've never heard of Shirtaki noodles till now.

I made chicken noodle soup with these. Diced onion and celery, diced chicken breast, 1 pack of shirataki noodles and a large container of chicken broth...very good..BUT EVEN better day 2 when the noodles absorbed all the flavour!
