Default Anyone with fibro, histamine intolerant, candida, what do you eat?

Hi there,

Actually the title is not the full story. I have fructose malabsorbtion, am coeliac, dairy, soy, corn, potato, all grains intolerant.

Any ideas for meals, snacks, to carry out/work etc, would be gratefully received. I currently eat meat, eggs, veg, but it's difficult. Eating out is just a total no go, which makes work difficult too!

Many thanks

My mom has fibro. She avoids nightshade veggies.
I've got her eating coconut oil for her health. I'd suggest it for you for the candida issue.
Wish I could be of more help.

Ah yes I keep forgetting about boiled eggs!
Thanks - any food tips not just snacks really! That's interesting about your Mum and fibro - I've recently cut out tomatoes and aubergine - I think they were causing a problem, they are also high histamine. I can't bear to get rid of red peppers though!
How much coconut oil? Do you take it any particular way?
