Default Beth's going to the gym

Hi I wanted to start a gym log to just monitor and increase my chances of going to the gym if I have to log I usually do what I am suppose to, so my goal for the new year is to go to to the gym atleast once a week a little low yes but If I do that than its better than past years, weeks, months, anything, I hate going, but I do feel better when I go,
I went monday Jan 3rd and plan on going again today

to the gym I went for 25 minute walk, I really like keeping track of the time and the miles but I had been on the treadmill for a while and then all of a sudden BAM it quit, and I had to switch machines, so I have no idea how far I walked

Went to gym 1.5 miles walked then I did a cool down

went to gym 6 minutes on the Eliptical OUCH!!! .5 miles, and then I did the treadmill for 25 minutes 1.1 miles My leggs felt like JELLO My future plan is to do the eliptical longer and maybe 10 minutes for the next goal

I went to the gym today I did the eliptical for 7 minutes almost and that equaled 1/2 mile and then I walked for anothe mile and a quarter approx, I wanted to start walking so badly I didn't hit the restart button when I hopped on, I couldn't figure out how I could have possibe walked almost 5 miles in 25 minutes!! I remembered looking down right after i begain and thinking this thing isn't calculating right someone must have set it in kilom or something but I did remember what it said so at the end of my workout when i finally figured out what was going on I could figure out approx what I had walked!

No gym tommorrow I have an job interview!
