had a donut
I woke up this morning really really wanting a toasted coconut donut. So, I had one.
It was okay. Meh. I'm gonna be hungry again in like an hour, though.
I already have my food planned out for the next three days.
This doesn't even really throw me off, I checked it out online, it says it's 35 carbs, so, I can do damage control and really make this not much of a blip if I'm proactive about it.
I don't feel bad, tbhwy, although I do prefer, when I have such a concentrated amount of carbohydrate in one sitting, that it be right before bed, rather than first thing in the morning.
I think that the issue is that it's a junk binge, not a food binge, lots of refined carb and sugar.
Oh well, sausages and cheese for lunch.
