Anyone out there doing Atkins?

There is a thread here where you can find lc people all over the world. (local low carbers) I'm sure you won't be the only one! Keep us posted on how it's done in 'the old country'.

I am originally from a European LC - ing family - you do not need Atkins products for this WOL.
Regarding Italian kitchen. There are many excellent dishes that you can change to LC with some modification. You can have for example Chicken Piccata, Chicken Marshala, Veal Parmaggiano - with vegetables instead of pasta. (I am not Italian, but love Italian food.)
