I wondered if anyone out there is working out as well as lo-carbing. I joined a gym 2 weeks ago and forgot how much I liked working out (not the effort part, believe me, just the good feeling you get afterwards). The only problem I'm having is that I'm starving hungry a lot now. Is this a side effect of a newbie low carb me, or is it that plus working out?? I've been hungry before, but this is the abdomen twisting, headache laden hunger pangs that I'm talking about. It even happens about an hour after eating at times. I'm not giving up though, I just hope it subsides, and soon!!!!
