Thumbs up New, Love to find the Over 50's

Good morning to everyone,
I truely enjoy finding the over 50's groups. Untill one reaches the golden years it is hard to understand the obsticales one faces as we get older, fatter, slower LOL Really, many of us are slower or we would not be on the thread, right? I for one at 63 feel great when the pain med works,my teeth are all fixed, the B/P is down, the cholesterol is down, and now when I am ready to walk out the door with the light day on incase I cough or sneeze! Other than that, I am in great shape!! Oh I forgot the Benadryl for the itching from all the meds. Now that's it. LOL This was just my way of introducing myself. Have a wonderful day everyone, I plan to. Suzie

Hi Suzie, and welcome!

Yes, growing older does have its challenges, but on days (like yesterday ) when I'm feeling particularly bad, I try to remind myself of the alternative...

All the best to you, matey.

Roz
