Default Low Carb Pumpkin Chip Bars

A Real Treat!




INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup coconut flour
1/3 cup almond flour
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp cinnamon
4 eggs
1 cup cooked or canned pumpkin
1/2 cup steviva blend
1/3 cup butter
3/4 cup dark chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix until all lumps are gone.
Spread batter into a greased 8×8″ baking dish
Bake at 375° for 30-40 minutes
Cool and serve
Makes 16 Squares

This looks absolutely gorgeous. I will never make it, because we cannot get 100% chocolate in the UK, and I would eat the entire in batch within an hour, because chocolate is a trigger food for me. But it's lovely to know that such things are a possibility on low-carb. Thanks for sharing.
