Default Best low-carb cookbook; fast easy meals

I'm looking for a cookbook for people who hate to cook!!! I'd like one full of REGULAR recipes, that include ingredients I can get at any grocery store. My dream is that the results would be delicious, and my family would love it too.

I am NOT a cook, but I am learning in order to stay on this WOE.

Any recommendations?

I have had great success with many of the recipes in the Dana Carpender books (500 LC Recipes, and 15 Minute LC Recipes). Not every recipe in every book is going to be to ones taste but repeatedly my family has enjoyed the veggie, chicken, and ground meat recipes I get from these books.

I like the LC Comfort Food book by the authors of Protein Power.
