Chocolate Cream Cheese Treats
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened
4 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder
6 packets of sweetener
Total Net Carbs = 17.2 (Yeilds 14-18 treats)

Flavored Cream Cheese Treats
Use all above ingredients EXCEPT replace cocoa powder with vanilla or other extract flavoring of choice. Maple extract is really good as are the fruity flavors.
Total Net Carbs = 13.5 (Yeilds 14-18 treats)


For either recipe:
Mix all ingredients. Line 2 small cookie sheets with wax paper or tin foil. Put scoops of mixture onto lined sheets. Put trays into freezer and let set overnight. Remove scoops from sheets and put into large ziplock baggie. Keep frozen.

Unsweetened cocoa powder is induction friendly. Per Atkins Nutritional Center (I called to check) unsweetened cocoa powder is considered like a spice.
