Berry Soda Shake
A great between meal beverage/snack that I have made, that uses no fake sugars at all and is really refreshing, is:
About 1-2 c Sparkling water
about 1/4 c frozen berries
1 oz heavy cream
1 scoop protein powder (I use Designer Whey Vanilla)
It is very refreshing, healthy, and filling. I really enjoy not using sweeteners in everything so that you lose the taste for really sweet things.
