I am having a difficult time doing a good workout, I think because of the lack of carbs in my body, I dont know...I am just going to do a little at a time throughout the day.............

I think that would be the best thing to do while you're on induction.
Somewhere on the forum somebody said that it's not a very good idea to do any very intense workouts during induction because of the small number of carbs.
Aside from not having enough energy, your body will hold on to the small number of carbs it has and it could cause a stall.

Monday

I was planning on going to the waterpark/gym yet I did not feel very well today...

My son was not even upset about it either I thought he would rant and rave when he got home from school and found out we were not going!

Well our plan now is to go on tues, thurs, weather permitting.....
I dont like driving too far without heat or defrost.

So far I ate a taco for dinner and some macadamia nuts earlier in the day and some crystal lite.

I just wish I felt better. Hopefully tomorrow.

I may try to work out a little on my tg later.
