Default getting started again challenge

I am having trouble getting started again. And from what I have been reading lately there are many others in the same boat. It occured to me that we could help each other. I have choosen a date. I am starting again on July 23rd. I am preparing my home and myself. Are there others of you out there who would like to start again with me?

Default Count me in please!

Hi joesfolks! I think i would be considered one of those people in the same boat as you. I keep having trouble with getting started again. I think vacation and just the summer is really messing me up and causing me to overeat. And ironically, this is the time of year when i want to look my very best! Hope to hear from you soon and i can't wait to just get started again and have a clean 2 weeks.

Although you suggested July 23rd for your start date, i'm just going to tell myself that i am starting tomorrow. Even if i don't do a perfect phase 1, I will try to only eat the good carbs, just to sort of prepare myself for the "official" start. I find that if i set a date to start over again, i tend to binge and eat a lot of really bad crap on the days before the start over date because i feel like i won't ever have them again or something weird:S

Anyway,

hope to hear from you soon

Hi,

I am not re-starting the SB diet. I am starting it for the very first time and I plan on also starting this next week. Can I be included in the challenge?

Pink and Fluffy bear, Welcome. This is going to be a very loose challenge. Of course anyone is welcome. We are here to support each other. Not perfect on induction? So what! Can't exercise today? I'll bet you do a bang up job tomorrow. Support, support, support. Be sure to go to everyones journal and keep them going too. I'll be in yours! Oh, by the way, Pink, be sure to start a journal and let us know where you are so we can support you there too.

Why don't you start a thread in the challanges forum? Then you can have all the posts in one thread....just an idea

Hi, everyone. Please count me in as starting tomorrow as well. I had some good success with Atkins about 2 years ago and then we went on vacation and I re-discovered sugar. DISASTER. I've put on about 15 pounds, but I am relatively short and so on me it looks like 25 pounds. I am a full-time actress and singer and I am opening a show on August 19th so I will be wearing cocktail/formal wear and I CAN'T ZIP ANYTHING UP right now so I am using this as my motivation to finally get back into healthier eating. Hope we can all support each other and reach our goals!

Hi everybody! I'm so happy to see that there are so many people ready to start or restart SBD We're in this together. I'm actually quite excited for tomorrow now. I'm just hoping and hoping that these days will go by without too much difficulty.

YAY US! I just keep trying to remember how GREAT I felt (ok, after the 3 days of "detox" from carbs, sugar, etc). I felt like I could conquer anything!

We will kick butt on this way of eating!

Welcome everyone. We can post here and in each others journals if we like. So if you haven't started one yet be sure to do that soon. I am starting induction tomorrow but probably won't weigh myself until Monday. I will be posting meals here and weight loss. You can post anything you like including feelings and emotions... good days and bad...This is a real loose kind of thing. So here we go... two weeks on induction. Best wishes to you all.
