NEW HERE - Starting plan today

Hello to everyone! I am new here. Today I will begin my Montignac journey. It was actually my doctor who recommended the plan!

I am very nervous about it and a bit sceptical but hopefully I shall be disproved!!!

Eating out in the UK could be a bit of a nightmare - I live quite rural - Worcs. But we shall see how it goes.

I would love to here from anyone following the plan or similar or anyone really.
