Default Any experience with thermogenics?

If anyone here has used or has had any experience with thermogenic products (ma huang, ephedra, etc.), supplements that are supposed to enhance weight loss efforts by increasing your metabolic rate, please tell me about it.
I am wondering if these could help me reach my goal weight

Thanks
MAtt

Default I have...

I was taking metabolife...it has the ma hung in it. Trainerdan said I should take something that supported my throid. So I finally found some lipo {he talks more about this in the CKD section} I find that this does help me. I know of people doing WOE and what they call the stack with it. Where they take the ephedra, caffine and a baby asprin all together. I myself have not tried this. But I'm sure it would do the trick. Make sure not to over do...or try to much to quick. This is a speed! And if you have high blood pressure or heart problems...you could have a problem!! SO BE CAREFUL!! These will curb you hungry...and give you lOTS of energy!
GOOD LUCK!

Lorraine
