I was just wondering what you guys think the best form of cardio is as far as losing fat on the CKD? Should I do steady medium paced cardio or should I do interval training? Thanks.

Intervals if you can do them ... I like intervals on the Lifefitness Cross Trainer ... I sweat like a pig on that thing! Gotta love the smell of keto-sweat in the morning ... LOL.
