Antibotics and urine test strips

I have to take an antibotic capsule daily for chronic urinary tract infections. My test strips never show ketosis even though I have been eating less than 20carbs daily. I have lost 10 lbs. in three weeks so I must be in ketosis..plus I have the breath! has this happened to others?

It could be an old batch of strips or any number of things. If you ar elosing weight then don't worry. Remember alot of diets don't even have you enter ketosis. Save your money by not buying the strips and just keep up the good work
