Default I'm addicted to cream cheese!!!

Hi guys,
I have been making these little cream cheese treats every night and I love them so much. I add 2oz cream cheese, splenda, 1 /12 teaspoons nestle unsweeted cocoa and a splash of davinci's hazelnut syrup. Microwave 20 sec and I am in heaven! So far I think I have been ok. I have been eating two of these a night. That's 4 oz cream cheese a day. (don't eat other cheese during the day) I am still in ketosis so I am hoping I can get away with this. What do you think? Since it hasn't knocked me out of ketosis it should be ok right?

Kitty,

I sound perfectly good to me. Almost like the mock danish. Maybe I will have to give it a try

My addiction is similar: ricotta, heavy cream, cocoa, and splenda. My one complaint is that these are so good it's hard to NOT have one. Don't like the feeling of needing a treat, myself. Very good though.

Your concoction sounds just fine to me!

If you are not in Induction you can up your cheese intake beyond the 4 oz/day. (Cream cheese just went on sale in Dallas and I plan to stock up.)

Whenever I make the pizza quiche, I open up a new container of 16 oz cream cheese. I spoon about 5 oz for the quiche, then invariably end up eating the rest--all 11 ounces--with a spoon just when the quiche is finished.

Fortuantely, I don't do this daily.

If there's a 12 point cream cheese's anonymous plan, I'll be the first in line and last to leave at that meeting.

Gotbeer,

I live in East Dallas. Where's the big sale on cream cheese? I need to stock up 'cause I'm hooked on it too.
