Also...does anyone else chew sugar free gum and have they noticed it affecting their weight loss in anyway.

I have SF Gum 1-2 times a week. It hasn't been a problem for me.

I chew it all the time.
I read in the "Carbohydrate Addict" book (I think it was that one) that chewing gum causes your body to think that food is coming so it starts the insulin process which can throw off your system or something to that effect. But I haven't noticed having problems losing so it's not affecting me.
