Just made these.....OMG....yum...yum. THey were crumbly so on the second batch ... ... I added some melted butter to the recipe. They stayed together well and are not crumbly....perfect and even a bit chewy if you cook them less

Honeyville Grains has Hi-Maize corn starch. I think netrition does now too. Mine says 0 digestible carbs and 0 calories on it. Its supposed to be good food for the little bacteria in your gut.

This recipe sounds great.

I make these cookies all the time, and place a little chopped up bit of SF chocolate in the middle, right out of the oven, with melted chocoloate in the middle...sooooo good.

Made these today and they were pretty yummy! I added an extra egg and some melted butter to the mix.

Default Hate Peanut Butter...except for PB cookies :)

Well, I've never been much of a fan of Peanut Butter, but I've always loved PB Cookies.

Have to try it.
Thanks!

I make these using chocolate protein powder instead of splenda. Cuts down on the carbs a little cuz my powder is only 2 carbs per 1/3 cup.
