I know this makes me sound a bit foolish..but..
I can't do the DVD's and such like that, or anything that involves a mat on the floor and me paying attention. I don't know why. I'm just not in good enough shape for it right now. I'm looking for something I can plop in front of my TV when my daughter is napping and exercise away while watching CSI, so I can pretend I'm not getting my ass kicked. I get so BORED watching those work out tapes.
Are those recumbent bikes cardio & strength training as well? That's why I was looking into getting an elliptical machine, because they're cardio on one setting, and if you change how they're set up, they're strength training.
I really am terrified of looking like this when I lose weight.
I'm scared, because, all of my weight is centralized in my torso area, mainly because of PCOS. I have normal girl legs & thighs & arms. If you put a different torso on me I wouldn't look like I was more than 40 or 50lbs overweight, not the 200 that I really am.
So, that said, I'm really trying to work out, burn calories, help speed along what the diet is doing, AND keep my skin toned and taught as I go.
