Default Sugar Free Hot Chocolate??

Does anyone know the impact of a little SF hot chocolate. Not trying to do induction, but need to stay under 35-40 carbs for OWL. I keep looking at that box in the cupboard.

I used to add 1/2 a packet to a cup of coffee for a kinda SF mocha. But that was when I was just maintaining. Was wondering if it would just lead to cravings and get me in more trouble than it was worth?

That all depends on if you are a compulsive overeater and sugar is one of your trigger foods or if you were addicted to sugar.

If you're not, the only way to know is to try it and see what happens. Everyone reacts differently.

What happened when you had it when you were just maintaining?

I'm a bit of a sugar addict. You're right - it might trigger that spiral of eating all the wrong things.

I think I'll save it for a reward after I get a little further down the trail, if you know what I mean.
