Ok... I have been really doing well and I blew it at lunch today. I had chinese. No rice, but still probably way high in carbs. I am going to chalk it up to a learning experience. I could not get anything else. I got 1/2 serving sesame chicken and 1/2 pepper steak. I only ate a little of the pepers.

Anyone have any idea of how many carbs? I plan on trying to exercise it off!

Thanks,
Gilta

There may be some sugar in those sauces-try plugging them into Fitday.com. I eat chinese once in a while-but skip the rice and noodles.

This is an australian site. Even though the meals might be a little different, it might help.. I've opened to the chinese food page.
