My fasting blood glucose is quite regularly in the 80s now. I have checked it a couple of times after eating and at 1 hour it is usually in the 110 sort of ballpark.

In Dr. Fung's new book: The Complete Guide to Fasting
the first Fasting Success Story by Samantha says that after
she went LCHF and did some fasting PP was taking 4 hours to
go down so she started supplementing with 500 to 1000mcg
of chromium to get it to go down within 2 hours.

I just reread her story and she was doing quite a bit of fasting
but doesn't say how often or how long but she was in her 3rd
month.
