Cool Younger Next Year

This is a very motivational book. The doctor explains in laymen terms why your body requires daily exercise, and not the guidelines put out by the government. I am 71 and walking 5 miles a day at a 3 mph pace. I will get that up to 4 mph probably when I lose another 20 lbs. I will add biking, Yoga, Tai Chi and strength training as time goes by. I am retired now and have the time to do what I said I would do when I retired after 52 straight years of working.
