I have not noticed a correlation between dairy and wheat
The dairy I use - other than cheddar cheese - is whipping cream which I use as a base for Bearnaise or Hollandaise over my tasteless beef.
Eggs come back up almost as fast as they went down.
Wheat is so very rare in my diet. Even more so now that I find it triggers a gout flare up.
But I can count on the cream to go through my system so quickly I can't imagine it leaving any calories behind on the way. So, that too is limited to days when I know I am home all day.
